Detailed Product Description: Trunk Type Steel Wire Take-Up Machine
(1) Vertical plum pay-off machine DV34-600
The VP series of inverted vertical pay-off machine is developed, designed and manufactured by our company, is a kind of equipment for wire collection and drawing after heat treatment. It is applicable for coil collection, winding of quenched stainless steel wire, coil winding of bright drawing and PB quenching steel wire. The features: continuous production, large coil, cycloidal speed reducer, AC varialbe-frequency control, smooth stepless speed regulation.

(2)Trunk take-up machine ZXA-300-600
The trunk discharging machine is developed on the basis of international advanced technology for discharging high intensity wires after continuous drawing. It can realize discharging without shutdown the drawing machine to improve the efficiency of continuous drawing machine and reduce consumption of wires. Compared with Chinese common trunk discharging machine, it has an additional calibration module that the straightness of steel were is improved. Its capstan applies water cooling+ air cooling. Water cooling for calibration module can improve the quality of steel wire. It is especially suitable for the discharging after the drawing of high intensity steel wire.

(3) Spool 300-1250 Spool take-up machine SG series developed, designed and manufactured by Wuxi Pingsheng Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is applicable for straight line drawing machine, wet drawing machine,dry drawing machine. Features: common V band or variable-frequency motor, polished rod or silk rod array, manual or electric lockup, spool ascending via rotation of conical sharpening or automatically via rotation of conical sharpening or automatically via electrics.
Note: speed and tightening facility are available upon customers’ requirements.
