This combined drawing machine is designed for wire coil with big diameter, prolong drawing process, the biggest wire inlet diameter could be 10mm,S2/800 straight wire drawing machine is to use hard tooth speed reducer, the manufacture technology is the same as straight wire drawing machine. The speed reducer gear of W8-13/650 wet drawing machine is 10-modulus herringbone gear, the bevel gear of take-up box is 12-modulus, speed ratio 1:1.
The function of man-machine interaction, motor temperature protect, meter calculation, meter alarm, failure display is designed for this machine. The control type is PLC, with high efficiency, easy operation. highly automatic and wide wire diameter. The investment capital and maintenance cost of this machine is low, but widely applicable for drawing of big diameter wire rope, big diameter spring wire.
